I am a counseling intern currently working toward my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I have a passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and supported during difficult times.

Having personally struggled with depression and anxiety, I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times. Because of this, I am committed to being a compassionate and nonjudgmental listening ear. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be yourself and work toward healing, growth, and becoming the best version of yourself.
