Rachel is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. Before beginning this journey, she spent three years as a high school teacher, an experience that deepened her passion for supporting others through learning and personal growth. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she bring with her a strong commitment to helping individuals understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges.
Her approach to counseling is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on integrating a learning-centered perspective into the therapeutic process. She believes that just as we move through life, we also grow emotionally and mentally through understanding, reflection, and support. She is excited to continue developing as a clinician and to work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful and lasting change.
